Line-up announced for Ullswater Outdoor Fest 2016

The line-up for the Ullswater Outdoor Fest has been announced. Now in its 10th year, the 2016 festival runs from Sat 24 September – Sun 2 October. It promises nine days of guided walks, outdoor adventure and experiences, films and talks that celebrate the great outdoors in general and Ullswater in particular.
As ever, the backbone of the Ullswater Outdoor Festival is the Guided Walks by the Lake District National Park Rangers. The voluntary rangers have walked the hills for years and know the area, the people and the history like the back of their hand.
…From Swallows and Amazons on Rheged’s IMAX-style cinema screen to swallows and amazons’ sailing taster sessions, guided photography walks to Nic’s Nordic Walks and live music at Inn on the Lake to paddleboarding and canoe adventures on Ullswater, there are plenty of reasons to get involved later in September…
